Saturday November 5, 2011, Noon to Midnight

By submitting the form below, exhibitor agrees to:
Ÿ Saturday set up 9-11am. You may set up Friday evening upon availability and with advance notice
Ÿ All vendor items must be out of the building by 1:00 am, Sunday, November 6, 2011.
Ÿ Absolutely nothing is to be taped, stapled, nailed, glued or tacked inside or outside the building.
Ÿ   Merchandise, promotional items and such is to be kept within your designated booth space.
Ÿ   Items for sale or display must be family friendly
Ÿ   Please treat the facility as you would your own. Sons of Hermann Hall is a Dallas Historic Landmark

Notice:
Texas Independent Music Expo, Sons of Hermann Hall Lodge, its Members, nor any of its entities will be held responsible for theft, loss or damage of any personal or items for sale or display anywhere in the Sons of Hermann Hall building, nor anywhere on the grounds at 3414 Elm Street, Dallas, TX.
